Our History
Zeroed Resources, Inc. is a training, consulting, and emerging technology firm that focuses on emergency management and all-hazard response. Its founding back in 2017 was started by our own team member, Damian Guilliani. In the beginning, Zeroed focused on teaching all-hazard and Land Navigation courses, which eventually led to the our Wildland Mayday class and protocol.
In 2021, Damian, Tim, and Adam conceptualized the remedy for resource tracking and its importance in today's extreme fire behavior. Because of their passion and operational understanding, paralleled with Damian's classes, Zeroed Resources, Inc. was born.
The Team

Damian Guilliani
CEO/Intel Operations Specialist
The inception of Zeroed Resources started with Damian back in 2017 by giving his students the tools for effective land navigation techniques. He later included All-Hazard classes such as FOBS and DPRO due to the paralleled skills needed for those specific jobs. With Damian's 20+ years of experience in these subjects, he wanted to elevate his company. To do so, he included Adam and Tim who bring their education and experience in their own respective fields, and share his vision. Damian (and his Team) want to make sure that firefighters have the training, education, and technology to be effective in their job and make it home safely.

Damian is a current member of FEMA California Taskforce 8 (CA-TF8) and is qualified as a Rescue Specialist, Medical Specialist, Technical Information Specialist and Technical Search Specialist. Damian has held many Incident Command Systems and is a Situation Unit Leader (SITL) for a California Incident Management Team.

Tim Maguire
CTO/Communications Specialist
In 2021, Tim found Zeroed Resources and realized that his training, education, and experience can better protect First Responders, and wants to ensure his brothers and sisters have the highest level of protection. Tim is currently a COML (Communications Unit Leader) and has held all positions in the communications branch.

Tim has Heavy Rescue training and experience working on a Fire Boat in South San Francisco. He holds many licenses, such as a Certified SCUBA Diver and HAM Radio operator and is an instructor for the training and communications for his Department.

Adam Brigges
CFO/Business Logistics Specialist

Adam has education and experience in a variety of fields and trades throughout his life. Some of which include SCADA and telemetry, various business courses, and construction, to name a few, and he continues that pattern in his Firefighter career.
Adam has over 18 years of experience with instructing students in large group settings. Adam currently works in the Logistics as a Facilities Unit Leader for a California Incident Management Team. He also enjoys participating in logistical support for his own Department's special events.
